You may now pay your Winona Public Utility Bill online. In order to make an online payment your account number, the account holder name,service address, telephone number, and email address are required. A processing fee will be charged on all online payments.

If you have multiple utility accounts, you must make a separate online payment for each account and pay a separate processing fee for each transaction.

You MUST pay the full amount of your bill. Please contact the water department before making your payment. If the wrong amount in paid then your payment will be denied and refunded to the payment method used.

Any online payments that cannot be verified due to incorrect account information such as account number, account holder, and service address will be rejected the following business day and refunded to the payment method used.

If your payment is rejected for any reason, your account may be subject to disconnect, late fees, and reconnect fees.

If you do not know the amount of your bill, your account number, or the account holder name, please call 662 283 1232 before making your payment with the full correct amount.
